Hot, Humid and Harvest

As the summer days heat up (37c in the field today) we have our first harvest of sweet peas and bok choy. Last evening we enjoyed the taste of freshness and the result of much work. The corn is healthy as are the potatos, beans, swiss chard, basil, parsnips and much more.

The green house is full as the beans have hit the roof (14 ft high) the cucumbers have monster leaves and the tomatos are a forest.

The herb drying shed is finished - made from 100% reclaimed materials (even the nails and shingles came from found items) Notice the stainless steel roof made from an old range hood.

MareGold is full of life and growth!
